Where we ship

We ship worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at vaultedmarketplace1@gmail.com.

Rates

• Flat rate: $9.99 per order, worldwide.
• Free shipping on all orders of $59.99 or more.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–14 business days from dispatch, depending on destination. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Tracking

You receive a confirmation email when your order ships. If tracking is available for your shipment, the tracking number is included in that email.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us at vaultedmarketplace1@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate, replace or refund as described in our Terms & conditions.
