2. Products

We are an independent reseller of factory-sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game products. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., or GAME FREAK Inc. All product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

All items are sold new and factory-sealed unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page. The contents of sealed products are randomized by the manufacturer; we make no guarantee as to the cards contained inside, and their resale value is not guaranteed.

3. Orders

An order is placed when you complete checkout and payment is authorized. We confirm each order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability — in which case you will be refunded in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time; the price charged is the one displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Depending on your country, import duties or local taxes may apply on delivery and are your responsibility.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Rates, free-shipping thresholds and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping policy.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at vaultedmarketplace1@gmail.com within that period.

  • Returned products must be unopened, factory-sealed and in their original condition. Sealed trading card products that have been opened cannot be returned, as the value of the goods lies in the sealed random contents.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • We refund the full product price (including standard outbound shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the original payment method.

7. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or refund you, including shipping costs. Statutory warranties under French law (conformity and hidden defects) apply.

8. Liability

Minor variations in outer packaging (dents, shelf wear) can occur on collectible products and do not constitute a defect as long as the product remains factory-sealed. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
